August can suck it. Maybe that's a little harsh, but I am just not a fan of this month. Now or ever. Nothing fun happens in August (with the exception of my Lydia and Megan's respective birthdays).
And it's hot. Really, really, really hot.
As I have mentioned, the past few weeks haven't been my favorite. Between bat issues, sick pup issues, sick Jordo issues, general life issues, and OMG THE HEAT issues ... I am just over it. I'm ready for a fresh start, a new month, a new season, and a new attitude.
Here's to making it through the last week and a half of August and to welcoming in September!
